Glock 45???

I want a gen 5 G26 slide on a G17 grip! All teh ammoz!

Actually I would buy a gen 5 G19 slide on a G26 frame... but with a gen 3 recoil spring.

I don't think it is about ammo... it is a Glock already, but Glock probably notices when people do weird things like extend grips to put longer mags into pistols or use 36 slides on 30's, etc... people were already doing it.

The Walther PPQ grip is as short as a G19 and both my slides for it are 5"

It is not a new idea. Short slides on full grips and short grips with longer slides.

I'm fairly certain it'll be a money maker for Glock

I think my second or third hand gun ever was a MR Baby Eagle / IMI / Jericho 941 , "SEMI-COMPACT". Full sized grip short slide. It has always been done. People always said it was weird either way. Seems less weird today to have an unbalanced gun one way or the other.

No finger grooves and flared magwell are nice, though that second makes stripping magazines more difficult.

I also think it's an ugly useless gun. Sure people give you reasons why they think it's worth existing but it sounds like BS.
