    Micro Roni Stabilizer IS CA compliant!

    Hey you guys --
    I messaged CAA a few days ago about the California legality of the Micro Roni Stabilizer, & received this reply:
    "The stabilizer is compliant in California"! This was from one of their regional sales managers. What do you think? I saw that the glockstore still has it listed as illegal in Cali.....

    Simple version...
    1. The part by itself is CA legal.
    2. When combined with a semi-auto pistol that does not have a fixed magazine, it makes an illegal assault weapon.
    3. When combined with a semi-auto pistol that has a fixed magazine, it can be CA legal as long as the new configuration does not meet the CA definition of a SBR.

    Glockstore has it listed as CA illegal because they were visited by CA DOJ and advised they were not CA legal.

    So, do you believe a regional sales manager (who's job is to sell products) or a vendor located in CA that has been reprimanded by CA DOJ?

      From my understanding you can have the pistol brace version but not the version with a buttstock?

        The barrel shroud is also a problem.
        A semiautomatic pistol that has the capacity to accept a detachable magazine and any one of the following:
        1) a threaded barrel, capable of accepting a flash suppressor, forward handgrip, or silencer;
        2) a second handgrip;
        3) a shroud that is attached to, or partially or completely encircles, the barrel allowing the bearer to fire the weapon without burning his or her hand, except a slide that encloses the barrel; or
        4) the capacity to accept a detachable magazine at some location outside of the pistol grip;
