    Gen 5 Glock 17 MOS

Are you basically asking who can mill your slide for an RMR? Because if so, just about most companies can or you can just buy a Gen 3 slide that is milled.

And frame work is a dime a dozen, good work is a bit more rare.

FWIW, IMO get one of the after market slide assemblies that have the RMR cut outs.

Should I get an 80% glock lower? Iam planning to put it on my CCW Permit. What would be the process to serialize it and register it to the doj?

I would not suggest that. Just get the glock you have milled if you like and add to your CCW.

The conservative see's glass as half empty and tries to keep it that way.

I guess the hard part would be finding someone that can make the frame almost similar to the gen 5 frame. I don’t want finger grooves

You can do it yourself or send out your gen 3 frame to get finger grooves and back strap cut down making it near identical to a gen 5. Then send your slide out for an optic cut.

Also, I've seen gen 5 mos way cheaper then $1500 on here, you can find them for under a $1000.

The ship has sailed on the 80% lower. Please read up the law.

Can you provide the penal code? Gun stores are selling them

                          Can I use a gen 5 recoil spring in a gen 3?

                            Just buy the Gen5

You can get one for <$1000

They have a better barrel, trigger, ambi controls, and improved magazines.
