    PPT Question

I know that PPT sales are exempt from the law restricting handgun purchases to one every thirty days. But say you buy a handgun via PPT and, while at the dealer, another handgun catches your eye. Can you also buy that handgun or do you have to wait another thirty days?

You can purchase it! one ppt....and a new or used gun from a dealer. Perfectly fine.

Is there a restriction on how many guns you can buy in one PPT transaction? (Sorry to hijack).

You can buy both but they must be on separate DROS.

PPT is mandated by CA law to be a maximum of $35. No tax.
