Nice! How much you pick it up for? I love my Kimber, it has quality written all over it without the price being to outragous.

I like the Turner's in FV. There's almost always something cool and fun to check out whenever I'm in there.

I like to look at the FV one to but customer care sucks. Not to mention "accidents" happen to often (by their own admission). I had to come back 2 days after my dros was done to get my Handgun. It was an "accident" in the computer they said, so it was not delivered. It also took 45 minutes of me standing there for them to figure out the problem. I guess for me it would be nice if after 20 minutes they came out and just said they were still looking. I thought the guy went to lunch and I was just standing around looking stupid. To be fair they did give me a brick of CCI to comp me for my extra time. It just seems every time I go there to get a weapon for me or with a buddy it takes so long. I went to the signal hill Turners and they were fast and courteous. The Fv one seems all about the commission and not helping. And once they have the sale you end up waiting around for like an hour and fifteen minutes while they do your transaction and try to get another sales. My point from now on I am going to signal hill.

I agree FV blows. Orange is much better. The one in Chino is amazing.

The one in Norwalk is also customer friendly. Good sales reps.
And congrats on your new kimber.

Congrats on your Kimber Chris, that Kimber will treat you well. I have a Classic Royal that has been a great pistol. You'll enjoy yours very much.

I agree about the FV Turner's service. It sucks. Some of the people there seem to be know it alls, but at least they don't try to sway your decision to another pistol. Pretty mucht he worst of all Turners stores.

Signal Hill was ok. Took forever to complete a PPT on a G23. I wanted to fall asleep from boredom as they filled out the paperwork.

The Chino store has been a pleasureable experience. I've been there twice now, and both times they were ready to help me. Even on my 2nd time there, the person that helped me previously recognized me and said hi!

Orange Turners is ok. I live only a few minutes away, but they don't really know how to build customer rapport. I've bought guns there and I still feel like it was my first time walking into that store.

If theres something I'm going to buy at Turners, I'm giving my service to the Chino Store.

Lucky. I always wanted a nice Kimber 1911 until I shot a wheelgun in SA mode. Now I don't even want a 1911 anymore Must... have... sixshooter... I'm saving up for one. Good find though, hope you have fun with that.

I do have a S&W 629 .44 for a backup while hunting great pistol and it's really realiable. I would recomend the 629 if you want a nice .44. good luck in finding your pistol.

                        Gotta love the consignment sales!

I've been to the Turners in Reseda, Pasadena and Torrance all were ok - Pasadena staff was the friendliest and most helpful.

The signal hill store seems to get a lot of nice consignments - thank god I live too far away!

Thanks. I dont want to hijack your thread, but I was thinking about a Ruger GP100. I can afford that.

Post pics whenever you get your Kimber, I hope you have a lot of fun with that.
