Beretta did, or maybe they still do. Part # J9022PK.
Ciener makes a 22lr kit as well, but it's not regarded as high as Beretta's own kit.Comment

I've had issues with my Ciener .22 conversion for my 1911. Had to shave the slide so it would actually slide on the frame, and the magazine still gives me issues. Shoots very accurately when I get it to work, but it's finicky with ammo.
Maybe they learned how to build better products over the years - I bought mine about 10 years ago. Make sure you check out some other product reviews before you decide to go with Ciener.Comment

I love my factory Beretta kit. I even have it on a dedicated lower. The most expensive .22 I own as it came out costing a bit more than a standard Beretta 92fs. You can get used Beretta kits for over 300 or around there.

Most conversion kits are running around $300 - $400. Advantage Arms, for example, is ~$300-$350 for their Glock conversions. I'd only consider getting a .22 conversion if this gun is your only or primary firearm and you need something inexpensive (?) to practice with or you've got the ca$h to spare. Yeah, that Beretta is hard to find and when you do, cha-ching!

Yeah they were discontinued a few years ago, I got mine for under 200 bucks because they had a super sale at that time. They went for 400 before that... and now.Berreta.com
