It seems like they are all priced about the same. The newest Gen 5 May be a bit more.

Gen 3 tends to sell for more than gen 4, as all the 80% frames on the market require a gen 3 upper.

If it’s brand new gen 3 slide, internals, barrel and recoil spring, $325 is a fair price. Add $50 more if you are including the lower parts kit.

Subtract $25 to $50 if it’s a gen 4.

Also keep in mind that with sales and discounts, you can often purchase brand new aftermarket upper, internals and barrel for about $300.
