Keep it. I have reacquired 2 guns that I let go of after shortly selling them. One is off roster and one on. Unless I am desperate for money they will never be sold again. And for your information if you go to Springfields web sight you will see they no longer have a loaded 9mm and that model # drops off the roster 1/1/19

Thanks guys. Honestly, I was already regretting it and I haven't even sold it yet. And it's funny because I don't sell any of my camera bodies when I get a new one. I did a long, long time ago and regretted it. Never again. And that's not even the same since I don't ever really shoot old bodies.

If you only have 5 pistols you need to go buy more.Comment

I don't sell my old camera bodies either. But I think its because of the butt reaming you get from what you originally paid for it, to what you will get selling it.Thanks guys. I don’t know any reason why anybody sells any gun other than they need the dough.Comment

i'm getting to the age where some of my friends have passed away, i'm getting older. I know that i'm going to have to come to terms with "you can't take it with you"
As such i'm starting to sell off much of what i have significant doubts about. Unless it's something i love, something i enjoy and use or plan on donating i'm downsizing.
When my Dad passed it was heart breaking to give away and throw away so much of his stuff but i just couldn't move it all here and had no time or possibility to eBay everything.
It hurts to sell off my quality 35mm camera but i haven't used it in years and i doubt i ever will. Same with some of my guns. Why saddle the family with dealing with all of this stuff.Comment

So you only have 5 handguns and you want to sell one?
I would suggest buying 10 more then talking to us.
Just the idea that you would sell off 20% of your pistol collection is disgusting.
Go outside, walk around the building and think about what you just said.Comment

As far as I know, the only on-roster 9mm 1911 is a Kimber. You can't count the EMP since that's not a real 1911.
Springfield knows how precious the on-roster firearms are to us CA folks. They keep the XD line and many of the older 1911's going just for us. Look at the MC Operator. It's been 'replaced' by the LB Operator and another Operator (can't remember the name) that have several improvements, yet they still pump out the MC Operator for us pitiful CA residents.
Keep it. Only sell if you need the dough or if you have other obligations that will require it.

You describe a great gun...then ask about selling it...I am confused. If you bought it...like it...drive tacks with it...why would you sell it?
Keep.

Don’t sell it. You’ll only end up buying the same or similar down the road.sigpicComment

Sell it and buy another CZ. Each CZ that you add to a group of CZs makes all of them stronger.
