I could not figure out what this is in reference to. The magazine extension? Most people add some grip surface area to their backup magazine and leave their primary stock. That said, it all depends on how you are carrying it and what you are wearing as to whether or not it will even print with the backup mag running as your primary. There really is no such thing as "perfect" proportions for concealed carry. It depends on your body type, holster options, clothing choices, etc. On me a pencil finds a way to print even when I wear baggy clothes. Others can practically hide an RPG. It just depends.

As far as making the gun bigger goes, the mG extension is not that much larger than the pinky extension mag so not much bigger at all. Maybe a bit for the sight too

OP, good on you for putting this butt ugly pistol (my opinion, which doesn’t really mean s***) out there knowing how Calguns can be. You own it, do as you please. I have a friend with gaudy taste in guns as well, but he doesnt take the ribbing nearly as well as you have and do. But he handles and shoots his ugly guns just fine. All that matters in the end is that the tool works as it should.

Now go shoot the Hell out of it and have fun.
