    Glock 19 "long" slide

So I'm looking at building a long slide glock 19 using the brownells rmr cut long slide. My only problem is the only barrels I can find of the right length are either the brownells barrel and I would prefer to use something different. Do any of you know who would make a g19 barrel that would fit that slide?

Gen 5 Glock 17 barrels might work, but not sure how many options are available besides OEM. I had the complete Brownells setup and it ran nice. Can't imagine you'll do any better going with another brand, unless you're into dimples and/or fancy colors.

Lone Wolf, Storm Lake, or your usual Glock mod shops.

I think you can only use the G19 Long barrel from brownells with their G19 Long slide.
Something about locking block size and that a G17 barrel would not work.
        I may be wrong though....

The lone wolf conversion barrels are great. I’ve built a couple long slide 19s with them and they’ve been flawless.

All Gen 5's now use small lug locking blocks, so in theory a Gen 5 G17 barrel should work (not saying it does or not as I haven't tried).

Assuming you are building a Gen 3 Glock 17'L', as far as I know only Brownells or Lone Wolf make barrels. You need a specific conversion barrel, stock Glock 17 barrels won't work.

Both work- you get a slight discount if you buy a slide from either manufacturer as a barreled kit.

If you plan to use a stock G17 slide, Lone wolf also makes a little extension piece for the front that covers the gap between the slide and frame.

                If I remember right, Lone wolf also made a G19XL- a G34 or G17L slide on a G19
