    Sig Sauer P226 Magwell

I have a Sig Sauer P226 Tac Ops DA/SA. It has the magwell grips and they are good, but not great like a real magwell. I'm looking for a recommendation for an actual magwell for my P226 that would be compatible with a factory sized grip or Hogue replacement. I know Hogue offers magwell grip replacements, but the minor issue with the magwell grips vs an actual magwell is the frame not being completely seamless to the grip sometimes causing a hangup on feeding a magazine.

I don't own a set of the Hogue magwell grips. If the Hogue grips have material that goes over the frame like a magwell, they should be an upgrade over the factory Sig magwell grips. Anyone with some experience on this?

depends on if you have an X5 or SAO model.

Most of the production ones other than the ones listed above are for non DA/SA models but you can get them to fit if you're willing to do a little gunsmithing.
