GEN2 Glock drop-in trigger or connector

I have a GEN2 G19 for many years. It shoots well, but the trigger is heavy. I replaced the connector with Lone Wolf LWD-342 3.5 lb connector, LWD-91 firing pin safety spring, and LWD-84 firing pin safety. This reduced the trigger pull, but I lost the clean-break.
Since this is a GEN2, the aftermarket drop-in trigger kits available are limited. I wonder if anyone can recommend a kit or connector that could bring back the clean trigger break. Thanks in advance.

I suggest if you want a great trigger on your G19 contact Charlie Vanek. His kits are for all generations of Glocks.

Not inexpensive but there is no better.

Here is a link to one of his kits--> http://www.vanekcustom.com/8.html

If you leave your stock striker spring in you would retain some trigger pull weight and the ability to pop any primer.

I recently bought a lone wolf “classic” connector (part number 721) and a 6 lb spring for my gen 3. Seems to be an improvement over stock and over other brand Minus/3.5 connectors. Nice break and a good reset too.
      my Benitez goes to 11

Johnny Glock is one of the best. He sells drop in kits or you can send in the pistol and he'll custom build to your requirements. His YouTube videos are enjoyable and informative.
"You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means."
"What we get away with isn't usually the same as what's good for us"
"An extended slide stop is the second most useless part you can put on a 1911"

"While Ruger DA revolvers may be built like a tank, they have the aesthetics of one also,
although I suppose there are a few tanks which I owe an apology to for that remark"

I have worked on many Glocks and many generations.
I’m unaware of a kit being Gen 3 specific. If it works for that gen then it should also work on 1-3.
Having installed most of the connectors I now prefer the Taran Tactical brand. Not all connectors are the same. His version of it produced the best and lightest feeling.
Consider lowering the striker spring. These two mods typically give the best and most noticeable difference.
Consider a flat face trigger of your choice and you will have a great trigger.

I normally discourage complete kits due to their expense and what you get for it.

If you’re good with tools look for the video on altering the trigger shoe and trigger bar interface. Doing this mod myself finally got me down under 3 pounds.

Like anything besides modifying the connectors doing more can affect reliability.
I’m always ok with this for shootability.
