Sig P320 Won't disconnect problem

I built a %80 Sig P320 and for some reason it will not disconnect the sear when pulling trigger.
The trigger bar is not dropping down out from under sear during the trigger pull like it should, it just moves forward only.
If I press down a little on the newly upgraded disconnect that fits into the new notch on slide (next to safety lever /sear on top) while pulling trigger then that will push the trigger bar down to disconnect sear like it should.
Looks like my trigger bar is riding too high close to the frame too.

Looking for information on how the disconnect function works on this model.
Anyone else have that issue?

Can you post pics of the bottom rear of your slide and the FCU area - sear housing that shows the disconnector?? With all the updates on the P320 I’m hoping you have the right parts.

Have you function checked with the slide on?

I don't believe the sear should be disengaged while pulling the trigger, unless the slide is out of battery (which pushes down on the mechanical disconnector, like you described).

The sear should move down as you pull the trigger, but not release and snap back at the end on trigger travel (that is pre-upgrade parts).

Pics of your setup would help.

Also did you drill with a jig and keep the frame in during the entire process?

Trying to figure out how to post pics still. Yes I drilled in a jig with drill press and kept it in the jig.
Yes I function checked with the slide on. Same result as with FCU out of the module.
Trigger pulls but never breaks.

Spyke I looked at that video and had that problem at first but figured it out.
I got the kit from 1776 supply co who parted out a factory sig after the voluntary upgrade was done.
The frame and jig came from JSD supply.
If anyone can tell me how to post pics on the iphone version of this site I will post pics too

Turns out that pre upgrade models FCU will fire when taken down but the post upgrades must be assembled to work due to the new safety having to have the pressure of the slide on it.
After messing with it more I got it working and it shot its first mag without a hickup. Nice gun!

Yup. The videos I've seen so far are all pre-upgrade and people are expecting post-upgrade to behave the same - they dont.
