I have CT grips on my P220R and it is nothing short of amazing.
Digustingly accurate. The rounds go where the laser is.. everytime. I can put an entire mag downrage and it will look like only one or two shots went through the paper.
EDIT: I cant speak to how well they work in an actual shooting scenario, but for range fun, they are excellent..sigpicComment

I've had a set on my P226 9mm for quite a while now. Once adjusted they are drop dead accurate and stay put. The grip is a tad bit thicker, but I like that anyway. It takes a little practice with them at first, but you can put a whole mag full in the center of a target very quickly once you get the hang of them. I have a friend that likes them so well he has them on his P220, P226, and on his SP101 .357 revolver."As soon as we burn 'em," Chinn said, "more come in."
