Currently I carry a Walther PPS M2 (single stack 9mm, 7+1) and a Glock 26 (double stack 9mm, 10+1). I wanted to see if I liked 45acp as a carry option...researched and finally located a Glock 30s, which is off roster.
The 30s has the 30SF frame and a slide equivalent to the smaller/thinner G36 slide.....the slide being about 1/8" thinner and 3oz. less than the 30SF slide.
Well, the 30s is basically the same size as the little 26....and you get 10+1 of 45acp in a CCW!!

Laid 26 on top of the 30s, the 30s just has a 1/2" longer barrel:

First 10 shots @10 yds:

20 shots @10 yds:

Another string:

The gun was solid, flawless, and accurate...I shot it as accurately as I can shoot 9mm. Today's ammo was Blazer Brass 230gr. and Remington UMC 230gr. Recoil is there, but manageable....not harsh and not real jumpy. I'm 5'9" and 145 lbs. and it was fine to shoot
I think this is going to go on the carry license

Especially with the progressive increase in rounds fired while maintaining the group. I was going to ask about recoil, as you are slinging rather heavy rounds through such a small frame but you answered that question nicely.
