P220 w/o rail

Anyone know if there are any weaponlights/systems for a P220 with no rail? If so, how do they mount? To the trigger guard? Anyone have pics?

they do, i think surefire did.

It attaches to the trigger guard.

Insight Technologies makes an adapter that attaches via the trigger guard. It's synthetic so it won't mar up the finish that much. I have one for a P220 I no longer have. It's a solid little unit. Worked well.

Shop around, I've seen them for anywhere from $20-$60.

Awesome, thanks for the information. I think I'm going to do that, especially now that I'm becoming a K9 handler. Having a weaponlight is a must.

Thanks! There are actually links on the Insight webpage -to manufacturers (Bianchi is one of them) that make holsters for that combination. One of the companies has a nice looking legholster and specifically spells out that it will carry a P220 with that adapter and light mounted.
