I bought a Wilson customized 92 and they send a bottle of very light lube that they claim is good for it. So far it seems to work ok but my preferred is Mobil One.

I use it on all slide rails.
I also do not use oil on any semi-auto I own for lubricating the lock-work, I use One Shot cleaner and dry lube, really keeps the powder residue crap away. It leaves a nice dry film of lubricant behind.

I use high temp grease. Bought a can at Walmart about 5 years ago and have used it on more guns than I can count. The can is still 80% full and it only cost me $3.99.

It’s personal preference. You can if you like. Personally, I find that it’s easier to clean oil. The grease is a bit harder. But that’s my preference and take on the matter.

Yep. High temp grease on things that slide, Mobil 1 on things that rotate.
