    HK sight installation help

I just purchased some adjustable Meprolights for my HK USP .45 Expert. I rather not use the services of a local gun store since they are going to charge too much.

Do any Calgunners have the proper tools to install these sights for me?

I'll buy ya a six pack!

    I'm in So. Cal/West L.A.

    Thanks!

Do you own a non-marring drift punch and a bench vise?
They just drift out you know...

I will warn you that the front sight of your 45ACP slide usually has an out of spec width. The factory front sight is actually hand fitted. You will have to stake the front sight in or it will drift around.

I remember when I first bought a USP45f and a set of night sights for it. You should have been there to see the look on my face when the H&K rep took out a staking tool to keep the front sight on

I don't have any tools. Looks like I better cough up the cash and get it done at a gun shop.
