Not sure if that is what they are talking about.

But here is a thread that talks about having to modify a slide stop for 2.0 slide when putting it onto a 1.0 frame.

I assume a mod has to be done going the other way too.

Oh, and I have no idea, dont have any M&Ps.

I have the 2.0c and this was a longer slide that was ported with a RMR cut out. Could have been a upgrade.

I put my 1.0 slide on my 2.0 and it fit, the slide catch was off though and would have needed adjusting to perform correctly.

I'm pretty sure a full size would be even harder to get it to line up with the 2.0c lower. It's not even the same set up as a 4.25" full sized.
