I don’t have the original paperwork or box. I don’t think it’s been shot very much.

The crazy thing is when it was new it sold for about 30 bucks more than a K-frame.

And no one wanted the nickel finish or 80's production then either. Still, even without the box etc., this is $2700 all day on CalGuns and he might even get that 3K. Madness. I still kick myself for selling a mint first year, even though it was too nice to shoot (I got it from my grandfather, who also thought it was too nice to shoot) and paid for a bunch of other cool guns. I can't buy anything that can't be shot, because I'll shoot the crap out of it. You see guys with revolvers where the cylinder has never been turned. That's nuts to me. Why did you buy it then?

            Same pistol...Early 70s...3 Gees...No problem...Otherwise...Close enough at two-seven.

                Not exactly. 1979 a S&W M19 4" and a S&W M-36 2" was $360 which was the same as a Colt Python 4". So two S&W or one Colt.

The Colt Trooper was about $30 higher than a K frame S&W.

$3000 in CA. I doubt you get that kind of money in Idaho.

I got a nickel plated S&W M25-5 (45 Colt) four inch that I shoot regularly. Its a beauty but I enjoy it and people always admire it at the range. You got a great revolver so enjoy it. BTW you will get lots of compliments on it.
