See if you can find a used CZ 83. It's about the softest-shooting .380 around and is a little bit bigger than most .380's so it is easier to hit the target.

P238 is very easy gun to shoot, especially with the little mag extension.

In my opinion the EZ is more of a G19 sized .380 than a G42/P238 sized gun, so I would have to guess the Ruger LC380 is the closest on list gun.
I had a chance to shoot one a few months ago, and found it very easy to shoot recoil especially compared to other micro/mini 380s.
