WTK Sig P250

WTK anyone has any expierence with the new Sig P250. the new one that you can interchange BBL's and Calibers. Also the ability to change frame style interchangeably.

Has any one seen the Extra BBL's or frames anywhere or their availabilty????

I've only seen conversion kits delivered to FFLs, though you're supposed to be able to get them direct from Sig.

I've handled one in .45, but not fired one. The trigger pull is long, but smooth. The grip has nice stippling on it, and overall it seems pretty nice.

The .45 grip module is specific to .45 magazines, and the 9mm/.357/.40 works among those three calibers.

The frame feels very simga like. Not to bash the sigma, but I was expecting more from sig and the feel of the polymer gun. In my opinion, you are better off just getting a SIG classic.

it'll definitely appeal to shooters who can only own a limited # of weapons
(eg. most European countries)

I got one, but still haven't got the chance to go to the range yet. I'll let you know when I do. I was on the Sigforum and it a ver mixed reviews there.
GunBroker has the kits but they are very pricey.

It is a nice pistol and a straight shooter. You can purchase extra frame modules from a shop in Texas or go to your local dealer and see if they have the three size display and ask to purchase the display model. That's what I did and it fit together nicely. The 9mm shots out to 15 yards pretty well, and I'm just an average shooter. With about 400 rounds down the pipe.
The P250 is very easy to take a part and clean and lube. I have not tried the other caliber kit in this pistol. But it should be an EZ change out to .40 caliber.

I've played with a few, and to be honest, I don't care for it. The concept is cool, but I just do not like the DAO trigger at all. It is a long pull on every shot.

I have said this before, but this is one of the few guns that you can go into any store in "Free States" and they will have 1 or 2 sitting there. It just doesn't seem to be in demand in places where it can be purchased, so take that for what it's worth.

I have a 9mm all black in stock but can only go to LE. the trigger is short and very predictable (Niceee!). It comes apart like an errector set. cool gun. kind of sad when its all apart and the plastic frame looks thinner and lighter than a glock.
