Is this Springfield 1911 on the roster?

the firearm in question looks like this, does not have an ambi safety and I believe it to have the model px9109 but am not sure



the roster allows for PX9109L, which I googled and found two variations, both with the same model number, but they both have ambi safeties.



and the newest variation with the px9109L model number looks like this:



so it looks like the ambi safety and slightly different grips is the only difference between the first photo and the second.

the third photo now has a silver barrel bushing and different grips. which of these variations would be ok for the roster? I know the "L" stands for loaded which I assume takes account for the ambi safety, and since #1 does not have a ambi safety, its probably not the loaded model

The model that is CA legal is the one with the CA suffix: PX9109LCA.

Yep, they removed the ILS in all the free state guns.

There are a number of Springfield 1911s on the Roster.
Some have the “CA” suffix, and some don’t.

The PX9109L comes both with and without ambi safety.

pic 2 has the right model number but has different grips

pic 3 has the right model number but has different grips and different barrel bushing.

Springfield also includes a pair of plastic grip panels in the box. They still sell the CA models with the wood grips mounted because the plastic grips are not safety certified here.

Probably the better question the OP should be asking is , "which of these guns will my FFL transfer to me if I have it shipped into him?" And only the FFL can answer that..

Any reputable California FFL can tell you, because they will do the transfer on this gun, or they won't.

Might have to call Springfield and get a couple of standard MSH for my CA Loadeds. I've already removed the two-piece full-length guide rod from my Park'd loaded in favor of the G.I. g/r and plug to match my MC Operator and for ease of maintenance.

I doubt anybody can tell by looking at those pictures. Can't see if the ILS is there.
