Lone Wolf sells RIA TCM9R conversion kits for Glock 17 and 19

Lone Wolf now sells Rock Island Armory 22TCM TCM9R barrel and spring conversion kits for Glock 17 and Glock 19 for $140.

Lone Wolf Arms is the largest manufacturer of aftermarket parts for Glocks. We also have M&P Shield, Beretta/Taurus, and Browning Hi-Power parts.

(edit: Corrected the mistake. It is TCM9R not TCM22)

The odd thing is that the 22TCM cartridge is supposed to be the same length as a 45ACP, 10MM, or 38 Super (1.260"), and the Glock 17 and 19 are made for cartridges that are ~1.170" long.

    It's a different round than 22tcm. Its tcm9mm

They had to use an abbreviated length bullet to get the OAL correct.

Still pretty cool, I’d buy one if more .22 TCM9r ammo was available (or I had the time/capacity to reload). Heck, why not a conversion for a G20? With all the “lead free” stuff going on, I’m surprised there aren’t more bottleneck pistol cartridges to take advantage of copper projectiles.

Good to see that, seeing as RIA lists a complete conversion with a slide for $431. No way would I have spent that much to try a new caliber - that's almost the price of a complete Blue Label Glock. Might be fun to try.

I am guessing the TCM9R uses the same brass as the TCM22, but has a shorter bullet. I looked for TCM9R reloading dies, and couldn't find one.

I'd be interested in how the sights work out. I've got the RIA 9mm/.22TCM Commander and the difference is about 3" at 15yds in windage, elevation was pretty close IIRC. I got tired of cranking the sights around and haven't changed it back to 9mm in a while. I've got plenty of other 9mm to shoot. A Glock with fixed sights could be problematic.

Anybody have this setup on a Glock and any comments? Asking out of curiosity...
