            Um, am I missing something? Since when does a used DA revolver need to be converted to SA in order to be sold in CA?

                    Hmmm. That looks like a consignment case in the background. So all consignment guns must be on roster? I thought they could be sold as private party transfer or person to person?

                      It must have been a used gun the store purchased; they are subject to roster requirement.

                        Consignment guns are still roster exempt, but guns belonging to the dealer are not
