Help - Pachmayr Dominator - Help

I have a Springfield SASS 1911 conversion in .223. I thought a .308 would be cool to add to the mix, and ended up with a Pachmayr Dominator. Way cool!

That's the good news.

The bad, is that the kit I got is missing parts. Specifically #3, #6, and #7 (as well as the set screw from Step 10) from this manual:

#3 is my biggest concern.

Is there anyone local to Ventura to the valley that has one of these conversions that would let me photo / measure so I can get one made?

Or anyone not local that would be willing to send one to me for measurement? Shipping and compensation would be included.
