Hmmm, in my opinion 98% would be new and unfired except from the factory, with maybe some slight handling marks.

I have an 7.5" Radical Firearms AR Pistol that has been modified with all your standard bolt on goodies, but the internals, and gas system are stock. That is, the gas block, the bolt, the buffer system.

I should note I have the law tactical folder which extends (and adds weight) to the rear of the BCG because of it's design (you'll have to look it up). I also have a shrouded concussion type muzzle device to direct all the blast forward. It results in more recoil but it's not as irritatingly loud while firing it.

My Radical Firearms pistol was built with an Aero Precision lower. Not sure if they are still using them but it has done the trick.

It's increasingly difficult to find places to "enjoy" the AR PIstol (if you know what I mean) so I only take it out to private property or BLM. Mainly because if you have cycling issues you want to be able to tear it down right there and troubleshoot it without someone lurking over you. That said I've only had 2 hangups in about 500 rounds. That was with Perfecta .223. Outside of that I've shot mainly 5.56 green tip and other 223 brands without issues.

There are some other videos regarding Radical Firearms pistols on Youtube, most are favorable. Good luck dude.

If it doesn't already have a fixed mag kit it's an AW and they can't sell it to you.

If it's not a single shot pistol (and not on consignment) they can't sell it to you.

If you haven't bought one by 2017, your AR pistol won't be much fun. This was where the crazy off roster prices made sense, back then.

Change to CA assault weapons laws that changed the definition of a "fixed magazine" and made "bullet button" style magazine locks no longer CA legal compliance devices.

Starting 01-01-2017, in order to be a "fixed magazine" the ammunition feeding device needs to be contained in the firearm and it can not be able to be removed without disassembling the firearm's action or it need to be peramnently attached to the firearm's magazine well.

If it is DROs before 2017 as a pistol, I can buy it and put a fixed mag once in my hands?

Or is the only way to get an AR pistol is through a 80% build?

^^^ It is an assault weapon do you have that license? Must be fixed mag before you can purchase.

I was at riflegear Friday someone bought a ar pistol via ppt. any maglock will make it ca compliant. just curious when people say no more fan of having ar pistol after 2017? its all the same right- you go to the range and shoot it. I myself has been looking for someone to sell me a ar pistol. hahahaha

I saw ppl build AR pistols with RifleGear lowers in pasta forums, wondered if that would still be the case. Also I saw someone selling a 300 blackout @ $1,950 with ammo

false - any 2017 compliant mag lock will. not just any maglock in use prior to 2017.
