Try Skaggs Gunsmithing there. I don't know what Mark is set up for, but he has done several gunsmithing jobs for me, and been very reliable. If nothing else, he probably knows somebody in the area that could help you. His site is online, but I don't have time to google it at the moment.

There's also Fox Firearms in GP - on G or H St I think. Small shop about 5 minutes away from WalMart, Fred Myer. There's also a Big 5 in the same area, don't know if they do transfers. All the pawn shops in downtown GP are FFLs and I think would do a transfer.

There's also quite a few gun stores in Medford - Good Guys Guns, Big R. Quite a few up & down Crater Lake Highway.

I was debating whether to drive up for a long weekend, I guess I'll take this as a sign and skip out.

+1 on Fox Firearms. I used them with a rifle transfer with a friend who lives up there.

One of the nice things to like about Oregon - if you find a good deal on a gun, let's say a neat 100% like new Colt Cobra for $299.00. With tax and fees and all the other little add ons the cost of that $299.00 great deal jumps to ..... $302.00.
