Does the one handgun per 30 days start from the time you fill out the dros or when you pick up the gun?

In other-than-PPT, the clock starts on the date and at the time the DROS is submitted.

PPT PRIVATE sales do not apply. I purchased a handgun from the store march 2nd, and am able to pick it up the 12th. Conducted a PPT on the 6th, and can pick up on the 16th
