Sometimes you get lucky

With all this ammo craziness going on I scored a hell of a deal today. gun shop was geting rid of some stuff and had like 12 large ammo cans of reloading stuff. I go through about 6 cans before I hit the 223 motherload.

2000 remington plated soft point bullets 50 grain.
2000 remington hollow point bullets 46 grain.
1000 remington hollow point bullets 45 grain.
2000 remington hollow point bullets 55 grain.

all for 150$. Man I can't wait to start reloading this stuff.

I don't mean to brag but I just had to tell someone! none of my friends care about guns.

one quick question. I have a 1/7 twist barrel which I know is good for heavier bullets. Will these grain bullets work well or should I get another upper with a 1/9 twist for them?

If your barrel is chrome lined that ammo will damage your Upper.To protect your firearm with how scarce AR parts are now you should take 200 cash and a can of lube ill deliver. J/k Your very lucky and I am very jealous so im logging off now.

The 55gr should work fine in your 1/7. The others may have a little trouble. You can always make up a few and try them before you buy another barrel/upper. Nice find.
