NEED HELP WITH P320 ISSUE

So today my brother brought his p320 to town and we went shooting. After shooting his I realized that mine has a problem with the sear. When I begin my trigger press the sear drops and wiggles throughout the pull. Here's a link to a video of what it's doing

What problem does this cause? Does one of these P320 have the new style drop safe trigger after the voluntary recall came out, and one doesn't?

We have noticed different behaviors pre and post recall.

First thing that came to mind was the recall.

Both of them are pre recall p320s.
It's not really causing a huge issue but I can definitely feel it in the trigger takeup. It's kinda choppy. I'm planning on using my subcompact frame for every day carry and I just need to make sure it's not going to fail me in the case I need to use it.
