    Overwatch Tac Trigger?

Machined in the USA, our TAC Trigger is a flat-faced, direct drop-in replacement for your OEM trigger. Experience better firing without compromising safety.

What are your thoughts on this trigger? I like the idea if a 1/4 inch less reach, as I have a short index finger and have trouble with dropping shots low left.

It is a great after market trigger that reduces reach and both ways of travel. It is very reliable and made of quality materials. It is metal instead of plastic, which is a nice feeling. It looks great too.

Do not expect it to fix your low-left shooting.

We all know that low left shooting is caused by a bent barrel, which can never be fixed, because all Glock barrels are irreversibly bent to the left by one or two inches.

Thank you. Do you think there is any benefit to purchasing the trigger kit over the trigger? It is about $40 more.

Will have to check into that bent barrel thing

I finally had a chance to try a G17 with the Overwatch trigger (only the trigger) and was impressed with the difference. It was hard to quantify really, closest I could pin point was the pull was just more consistent and precise. It impressed me enough over the time I shot a buddies G19 with a full Zev upgrade that I'm getting the Overwatch trigger alone for G20.

Great info. Thank you. This will be going in a G34, and if it is really good, I will get one for my G43 carry gun.

Did you notice that it made it easier to get your full finger pad on the trigger? I find that when I have a full firing grip, I am about 1/8 to 1/4 inch short of mid finger pad. Have to rotate grip to get full trigger contact.

Good thing that the whole "hand size" thing is a myth.

He had the TAC trigger, flat with the little tabs at the bottom, and it was easier to get a consistent index as they say it does.

Get the one with the trigger bar included (not the Shoe only). The Shoe only will not change travel characteristics (those will remain stock).

              (snip)
For sure, before you get one for your carry G43, check with your issuing agency if they allow such an upgrade (most likely No, even if it's Shoe-only).

              I do have mine on a G34 (black/black), too:

              And also on my Gen4 G26 (black/red):

By the way, their triggers work ok on either Gen3 or Gen4 (don't know about Gen5).

I like upgrading my guns, and for the Glock, the overwatch precision TAC trigger is one of my favorite things to add on Glock.

              Hope that helps, good luck.
              .

Great triggers, I have the TAC + Np3 coated 4.5 connector in both my Gen 3 17 and Gen 4 23. I have the DAT trigger in my Gen 3 35.

I have an overwatch DAT (same as TAC, minus the hook shape at the bottom of the shoe)

No issues, has been just as reliable as stock. I like the flat faced feel. Pretty much identical to my agency flat faced drop in.
