1911 Rear Sight

I have a Randall 1911 with a Millet series 100 adjustable Colt Gold Rear Sight and I am missing an elevation screw.. And that sight has been discontinued. Before I try to contact millet, Anyone know where I can source that screw? Are there any aftermarket rear sights that I can just swap it out with? Or am I screwed? Lol pun intended
