    Need some insight.

My Dad purchased a pistol last week and is about to get it from the hold. He wants to get 2 pistols from me. Is he allowed to do an intrafamilial transfer for those 2 items from me now? or will he have to wait the 30 days?

Are you both Ca residents? If yes than you can give them to him no problem fill out the form pay $19 and done. If no, then 30 day clock on each of them.

Intrafamilial in-state transfers are exempt from the 1 in 30 when the form is used because no DROS is submitted.
