Are you collecting these strictly for investment purposes (intending to resell at a later date) or just stocking up on a fine gun? I ask because I recently started buying guns in pairs when possible and I've wondered about actually doing three or four of each.

Regardless, the back of your safe must look pretty terrific! Color me jealous!

I'm fortunate enough to have some good relationships at gun shops in So Cal, that affords me the ability to get sequential numbers and phone calls when they come in.

I buy in pairs at minimum on stuff that is a bit more scarce. My thought is that eventually California will only have a few gun manufacturers sold here, glock and sig is my guess. I'd rather have way too many then not enough. I guess I would sell in 20 years if the Elite is 3 or 4 grand, sure. But that's not really my goal.
