    Help w/ determining resale price

Hey guys, looking for some assistance determining a fair price to ask for my now deceased father's handgun. Its the off list Sig P239 SAS DAK, .40 Cal, two tone color, with three mags and has NEVER been fired. Comes with original case, etc.

Can't seem to find the similar gun here, or on gunbroker.com, to determine fair price. Everything I find is just for the P239 and/or has had rounds fired through it.

Not in a real rush to sell so I'll trust the communities input. Thanks!

Maybe it is just the reflection, but the top of the chamber looks like it has had a few cycles on it. Also, the loaded mags are another clue that maybe it has been fired....
No doubt it is a nice pistol, just I would question the NIB part. Looks like factory/NIB was $999 for the second Gen. Good luck with your sale...

Thanks Greg for the quick response. My dad was the original purchaser, about 18 months ago, and never shot it. It was loaded "just in case" as a safety measure.

Sorry to hear about your Dad. Not sure if he left behind other firearms. If not, shoot it and keep it forever.

Thanks Gat, I totally appreciate your condolences! Im keeping another one of his guns that he had in the army, since that one carries some good sentimental value. The Sig, not so much, and I've got enough of an arsenal

We already have the only reasonable Gun Control we need, It's called the Second Amendment and it's the government it controls.

Would honestly keep it because it was another one of your father's firearms. No point in selling or you might regret it one day. Can always hold onto it and pass it off to your kids.
