    Mini Draco With Brace

So I bought a mini Draco just before the SSE went into effect in California. It did not have a Sig brace on it. I have looked through most threads, can't seem to find a definitive, more recent answer. Is it legal to install a Sig brace on this? Can it fold? How about a Thordsen cheek rest? Thanks for any input.

This is something you need to discuss with your lawyer.

Because of how CA SBR/SBS laws are written, a CA LEO or ADA can determine installing it makes the firearm into a SBR.
Therefore, how you want to proceed with this, is dependent upon on how you and your lawyer feel confident in defending a CA SBR charge.

Some were sold that way- I remember Riflegear selling braced Arsenal pistols.

Depends on the level of risk you're comfortable with. I have a one point sling on mine- does an OK job of stabilizing if you push out hard.

Thanks, how about a cheek rest?
