Smith & Wesson Model 39-2 experts.

A little history, same ammo, same shooter, nothing modified or changed; new main spring.

Had this set up for accuracy, all of a sudden shooting left, entire group. Adjusted sight, shoots fine.

What would cause this? A little wear on the barrel bushing? A consistent group to the left of center target. Elevation stayed the same.

    Can't figure this one.

New main spring as in the hammer spring, or recoil spring?

Newish main spring, I had been using it, before...almost like a gremlin snuck into the gun safe late one night.

I had to kick the sight over, to keep center.

Puzzle. Elevation stayed the same, off whack 5". ?
