I have an opportunity to acquire an HK Elite in 9, how much should I pay for it?

These are rare, but I decided not to make an offer on one that was $1800. To some people it is worth that amount. No mags, I would go no higher than 1200.

regular off roster is around +$500 max on top of MSRP

There's one on Gunbroker bidding for $2,225 with 4 bids and 6 days left. That one comes with the HK hard case and mags. I would say the 9mm Elite should be going for around $1,800-$2,000 in CA.

Canyon Sports in Martinez has an HK Elite, but I do not know if it is 45ACP or 9mm. It is around $1200.

(edit) I just noticed the 9mm Elite is not on the roster, so they must have the 45ACP version.

I can't imagine paying that kind of money for something like that. I just don't see any off roster firearm as being worth that much more money just because it's in California.

I decided to save that money to buy a property out of state then I can but whatever I want at normal price.
