I was able to find a Phoenix trinity frame I’n CA. Once i get my frane after 10 days I want to send it to a custom builder in another state. Am I allowed to ship him the frame directly since it’s already in my name? Then when he finished my Custom build can he send the gun directly back to me or does it have to go thru ffl ?

The only way to acquire stripped frames is via PPT, unless you are LEO. -
