Looking for double stack 10MM

Hello everyone,

I am in the market for a double stack 10mm. My original interested was in a 1911 style double stack, but there aren't many options, the STI Perfect 10 Fit the bill of exactly what I want, but it's discontinued, and was out of my price range.

I already have a glock model 40, but glocks don't fit me that well.

I saw some EAA Witness pistols which are nice, and I have a baby desert eagle in .40 which fits my hand really well.

I was just wondering if there are some options I am missing that you guys could help me with.

Requirements are that it must be a double stack, steel frame, and Would love something in a 6 inch barrel, but that's not a must.

My budget is between $1500 and $2000. Off roster guns are OK to suggest also.

I'm sure the price will go up on this one, but the EAA line has a fair number of 10mm configurations including a 10mm longslide. Some are DA/SA and some SA only. EAA also sells conversion kits, for about $1,400.00 you could get a 10mm and add a 40 conversion kit for cheap "I hate losing my 10mm brass" practice.

If double stack wasn't a consideration the DW Bruin would be a good choice.
