So I think I finished spending money on my Glock; I think I am done, unless you can convince me otherwise. I just spent at least an hour and a half cursing at the trigger pin, so please just tell me it's done, or something simple like a built ZEV upper...just anything to stay away from that $#%^% #&(*&#*&$(*&# !&!@&#@* u7#)(*&)*#) pin.
Here it is, nothing crazy:
Ameriglo night sights with two dot yellow tritium in the rear and green up front. I bought these sights when I purchased the gun.
Agency Arms Drop in flat faced trigger. Bought this a while ago, and boy was my procrastination side right on the money. It was ridiculously easy...except the trigger pin....grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Zev match grade barrel. I bought this a few days ago on ebay for 175 bucks, which is absurd for what it is, but also a great deal for what it is. it is truly a beautifully made piece of metal. I imagine it makes the gun slightly more accurate, and you can shoot steel through it, so it should pay itself off sometime in 2038. This was my self-reward for completing the trigger installation, nevermind that it costs twice as the trigger, la dee da
What else should I do to it, without screwing with the reliability (the reason I bought it, my 1911 is for this kind of stuff haha, yet here we are)? The trigger was borderline a little too much for me honestly. Should I call it a done deal? The only thing I really wish it had were serrations along the front of the slide; not worth 400 bucks which seems to be the going rate though. Anyway here she is:
