This would be good for some assassin or something where you need a gun that doesn't look like a gun, like in the Bond Movie "the man with the golden gun"
Otherwise I can't see any advantage over a Glock 26.

Not sure what practical use that would have... but who knows it might lead to some better ideas.

True, maybe a cleaner and quicker version would make sense. If it popped open with a button like a switchblade and didn't look like it was made with old umbrella parts.
