SP-01 bent safety

I picked up a new SP-01 yesterday and I noticed the safety on one side is bent outwards. It doesn't seem to affect the function, but could this become an issue in the future? Pic: https://i.imgur.com/2HP2uvU.jpg

Mine don't ride tight against the frame. It looks about right.

if it doesn't affect function and doesn't look abnormal I'd say you're in the clear. I'm patrol to these safeties myself:

I bought the gun online so I didn't get a chance to check it out first. Ah well.

That's pretty standard, to be honest. I've not seen many CZ's with absolutely flush safeties, unless it's a smaller model, like the RAMI.
