DLC or nitride?

Looking to get either a Black zev barrel or an S3F barrel for a glock. I know the zev is diamond like coated and the s3f is black nitride but can someone tell me which is going to be more wear resistant. I had an s3f and it had hardly any wear after 2k rounds.

DLC will resist wear longer than nitriding will. They've both been in use on dirt bikes forks for quite some time and DLC always held up better.
