Still a new gun?

Found a gouge in the trigger guard of my NIB Kimber. The tight ser# tag hid it..
(Out of state to ca FFL)
Kimber paid shipping and refinished frame.. They put 21 rounds through it and sent it back dirty..
Looks great!

Can I still sell as a new gun?

Burnt powder? Naw, that is just a special factory applied high-carbon lubricant to make the slide cycle faster - super hard to get!
