Got it! I even was able to talk him down to $2800. It's a fantastic little shop in Lincoln called Lincoln Gun Exchange. The guys there are great. I did take pics but will have to post them tomorrow as I'm "camping" in the backyard with the kids and they said "NO ELECTRONICS DAD!"

My uncle was a GP in Lincoln forever. Used to be such a cool town, it held it's character longer than most though.

Yep, that was it. Lincoln Gun Exchange. I can't believe that Python actually sat in that shop for 5 months before someone grabbed it! Guess that's how off the beaten path that place is. Might have something to do with the Highway 65 bypass and the fact that not nearly as much traffic goes through central Lincoln these days.
