    LEO trade-in Glock 22

This is a good deal. $309 for a LEO trade-in G22. Less expensive and more versatile than a G17. I'll consider getting a 9mm conversion barrel. Still have to pay the transfer fee, unfortunately.

Transfer fee + magazine ~$60. At that point, they are the same price as one of my LGS has them.

And you will pay tax even if you buy them from AIM.

I think it's a good deal. My range does ship in transfers for $35 and does not collect the use tax (that may change). If you hunt around you can find mags for around $20.

I would take a G22 if I could get in my safe for under $400, if I did not already have my M&P40.

If you are looking for a full sized polymer striker fired 40sw I think this would be an OK deal. If they have G29s I would be all over them. I want to step up to 10mm😋

A Sootch video? He's one of the more popular gun YouTubers. Probably one of the first vids that comes up about Glock police trade ins in a Google search.

Correct. I'm not affiliated with the video. I subscribe to that YouTube channel. I don't own any Glocks and was not interested in getting one for quite some time. Recently, I thought about getting a G17 and ran across the Sootch video. I have an XD .40 and got a 9mm conversion barrel for it. Figured I could the same for the G22. Two guns in one.

                  it's a good deal if you want a GLOCK in .40 S&W

if your already thinking of getting a 9mm conversion barrel, just buy a Glock 17 instead

I had been contemplating one of those about a year ago. I wasn't sure about buying a LE trade in sight unseen so I started poking around the LGS and ended up with a like new G17 with night sights and 4 mags (2 standard and 2 low caps ) for $400. For me, that was a way better deal.

                      357 sig all the way. 22 can go 40 > 357 sig > 9

.40 rocks. Buy several and stuff them in various Bug out or SHTF bags.

The Glock 22 is a workhorse.

That is a good deal. Unfortunately, I do have to buy CA "LOW capacity" mags separately as AIM won't ship the standard capacity (of course) and won't send a 10 round substitute.
