Nah because your FFL will have to DROS The sku, and the SKU is not on roster... at least... that's how I understand it.

    I could be wrong...

No, unless you are exempt from the roster, 01750 is on the roster and 091750 is not. Perhaps there are dealers/FFL's who will sell you 091750 without the magazines, but the dealers I have worked with strictly go with the number.

Yes, it is no problem if your FFL is good to go. And don't tell the shipper to keep the 14rd mag, if your FFL has a hicap permit it they can receive it and block it for you. Worse case they do not block it and you donate it to them. But asking a shipper to remove and keep a mag doesn't usually work out well. Because if they have to accept a return on that gun, now it is missing a mag. Some shippers will deal, but many will not.

Anyhow, this is very common with Cz pistols coming to CA.

The SKU is for reference, but the roster tested and approved configuration is what matters. If the SKU printed on a label stuck to the box is what was important, we'd all have free state Sigs or Gen 4 Glocks. What I'm saying is, the label doesn't make the gun.

If the gun is the roster tested and approved config, it is a roster gun. If the gun is not a roster tested and approved config but the sticker on the box has a roster SKU, it is still not a roster gun.

If you bought a Rami without a factory box from a private seller out of state on Gunbroker, and it was sent with no mags or with 10rd mags, it is still a roster gun even though it has no box, no SKU. It doesn't matter what mags it originally shipped with. The gun is what matters.

Now there are some FFLs who are not confident enough in their ability to identify roster guns, who will robotically go by the SKU. You have to wonder how many off roster guns were snuck by such FFLs - because everyone has a laser printer. And the difference between say a CA roster Springfield with ILS and one without, or a SP-01 vs SP-01 Tactical, is going to be unnoticeable to most anyone who doesn't know what they are looking at.

But there are plenty of FFLs who know their business, know roster guns vs not-roster guns, and will handle these Cz type matters - legally.

I might be wrong the roster sku is for the Rami with a safety. The other sku is for the Rami with decoker.

I bought SP-01 high cap as "No mag" and DROS no problem
            it fully depends on FFL.

There are FOUR RAMI SKUs. Two for the BD (de-cocker) and two for the B (no decocker). The de-cocker (BD) SKUs end in the number 4.

The OP has listed both of the 'B' SKUs. The only difference between the SKUs that OP is asking about, is the mags they ship with.

This is how i understand things as well. It is a matter of finding an FFL who are familiar with the details.
