I vouch for Nim, he's new on Calguns but he's an avid USPA shooter. Any help would be great.

I believe (smarter folks will chime in) you would have to weld in a mag to make it a fix loader. I personally haven't seem an AK bb2.0 foot it but think I remember reading there is one. FWIW.

You don't have to weld the mag but, you have to make it a fixed magazine as defined by current law. The easiest way is to drill and tap the magazine and install a small cap screw in it inside the action. I suggest using locktite.

I'm thinkin of fabricating the cover of the ak bullet button instead theres a hole to access the magazine release, theres no hole to access the mag release once i install it,should that work? Thanks

Starting 01-01-2017, semi-auto AK style pistols with a "bullet button" magazine lock are considered assault weapons.
This makes them illegal to advertise for sale or transfer in CA. [PC 30600(a)]

In order to be able to legally advertise if for sale and to transfer it in CA, it needs to be configured so that it is not considered an assault weapon.

This can be done by doing one of the following:
              A. Semi-auto pistol with a fixed 10 or less round magazine.
^Locking a magazine into the magazine well in such a manner that it can not be removed without disassembling the firearm's action or permanently attaching (weld/epoxy/rivet) the magazine into the firearm's magazine well.
              B. Manually operated pistol.
^Remove the gas piston and plug the gas block. This will make it a straight pull bolt-action pistol. As a manually operated pistol it can legally accept detachable magazines outside of the pistol's grip, have a second handgrip, have a thread barrel, and a flash suppressor.
              C. Disassembled parts.
^Disassemble the firearm into parts. Only the receiver is transfer through the CA FFL dealer and all the other parts can be given directly to the transferee. It is then up to the transferee to make the firearm into a CA legal configuration.

It needs to be considered a "fixed magazine". [PC 30515(b) and 11 CCR 5471(p)]

There are two methods to be a "fixed magazine".

                A. The magazine can not be removed without “disassembly of the firearm action” [11 CCR 5471(n)].
^On an AK style firearm; removal of the top cover, recoil spring guide, and bolt carrier group would be considered "disassembly of the firearm's action".

                B. The magazine is "permanently attached to" [11 CCR 5471(w)] the firearm's magazine well.
^ Welding, epoxying, or riveting the magazine into the firearm's magazine well would be considered "permanently attached to".

                PC 30515
                (a) Notwithstanding Section 30510, “assault weapon” also means any of the following:
                (4) A semiautomatic pistol that does not have a fixed magazine but has any one of the following:
                (A) A threaded barrel, capable of accepting a flash suppressor, forward handgrip, or silencer.
                (B) A second handgrip.
                (C) A shroud that is attached to, or partially or completely encircles, the barrel that allows the bearer to fire the weapon without burning the bearer’s hand, except a slide that encloses the barrel.
                (D) The capacity to accept a detachable magazine at some location outside of the pistol grip.
                (5) A semiautomatic pistol with a fixed magazine that has the capacity to accept more than 10 rounds.
                (b) For purposes of this section, “fixed magazine” means an ammunition feeding device contained in, or permanently attached to, a firearm in such a manner that the device cannot be removed without disassembly of the firearm action.

                11 CCR 5471
For purposes of Penal Code section 30900 and Articles 2 and 3 of this Chapter the following definitions shall apply:
                (n) “Disassembly of the firearm action” means the fire control assembly is detached from the action in such a way that the action has been interrupted and will not function. For example, disassembling the action on a two part receiver, like that on an AR-15 style firearm, would require the rear take down pin to be removed, the upper receiver lifted upwards and away from the lower receiver using the front pivot pin as the fulcrum, before the magazine may be removed.
                (p) “Fixed magazine” means an ammunition feeding device contained in, or permanently attached to, a firearm in such a manner that the device cannot be removed without disassembly of the firearm action.
                (w) “Permanently attached to” means the magazine is welded, epoxied, or riveted into the magazine well. A firearm with a magazine housed in a sealed magazine well and then welded, epoxied, or riveted into the sealed magazine well meets the definition of “permanently attached to”.

That would only work if you could not remove the BB or cover without disassembling the action. I'm not sure how you are proposing to do that but, it might be possible.
